Intensive Care Plan

This plan focuses on enhancing your movement in the spine, reducing pain, and improving overall well-being through chiropractic care. This is the phase where inflammation is reduced and range of motion is increased.

Mobility Plan

The purpose of this Re-Examination is to evaluate the progress you’ve made since beginning chiropractic care and to reassess any areas that may still be under stress or dysfunction. Our focus is on correcting the root cause of health problems by removing interference to your nervous system—so your body can continue to heal, adapt, and thrive naturally.

During this visit, we will:

Review your current levels of physical, emotional, and chemical stress (Thoughts, Traumas, and Toxins) and how your body is adapting to them.

Reassess your pain levels, sleep quality, digestion, immune response, and physical activity to track your health transformation.

Update your posture, mobility, and function evaluations as needed.

Reaffirm your goals and adjust your care plan to ensure you stay on track toward long-term correction, stability, and optimal function.

Re-Exam

If you’ve been in a car accident, slip, or fall, this evaluation helps us understand how the injury has affected your spine, nervous system, and overall health. We’ll review your history, perform a thorough exam, and take X-rays if needed to uncover hidden damage.

From there, we’ll design a personalized care plan to relieve pain, restore alignment, and support your body’s natural healing—so you can recover fully and prevent long-term issues.

Initial Chiropractic Evaluation for Injury Clients

Adjustment Between X-Rays
